Three Simple Steps

  1. Send your records. Send your MRI images (not just the report) and recent bloodwork by completing our new patient form or by fax to 844-691-5928.
  2. Review with our team. A surgeon reviews your case, and we contact you to discuss what we see.
  3. Plan your visit. If we can help, we coordinate scheduling and any additional testing.

What to Send

  • MRI images (on disc or uploaded through the new patient form)
  • Recent hormone bloodwork and any prior pituitary testing
  • A brief history and your questions

Good to Know

Sending your records for review does not commit you to surgery. Many pituitary tumors do not need surgery at all — we will tell you honestly what we think.
